In addition to engaging shows, Gathering Sparks brings a wealth of teaching & facilitation experience to any event. Eve & Jane present fun, hands-on workshops on singing, harmony, ukulele, fingerstyle & folk guitar, and more. They also lead singalong concerts and have performed their original songs with community choirs at festivals and other events.

Eve has been teaching music to adults in community settings since 1990. She is the founder of the Parkdale Ukulele Group, offering ukulele classes in Toronto, and the Ukulele Orchestra of Toronto, a multi-level performing ensemble. She is also one of the staff instructors on JamPlay.com, an online guitar learning resource.
Jane has been leading vocal workshops since 2006, and is the founder of the All Together Now workshop series in Guelph. She is also the co-founder of Women's Music Weekend, an annual music retreat for women of all levels of musical experience.
